Sketch Layout Challenge

Oh gosh!  The challenge has been going on for a few days and I forgot to share the info with you all here.  But never fear...there's still plenty of time to play along.  This time we have a fun sketch you can follow to make a scrapbook layout.  Here is the sketch:
